When joining Baby Love you are joining not only a business but a family too. As Baby Love deals with families, you will find that the business is more of a soft skill business environment than a hard core corporate business environment, and therefore I am looking for ladies who have the following qualities:

The ability to manage your own time
Perseverance when business is slow
The ability to self motivate on an ongoing basis
Passionate about making a success out of your business
The ability to look at the glass half full and not half empty
The ability to use your own initiative and work on your own
Understanding and sympathetic, especially towards sleep deprived parents
Be willing to do what it takes to make your business a success, i.e. make cold calls
The ability to think out the box when it comes to different ways to market your business
The ability to identify the problem but focus on the solution - be proactive and not reactive
The understanding that only after 3-4 months of marketing your business, could you start reaping the benefits.
The understanding that joining Baby Love means you are now your own Independent Business Owner and therefore you can't treat Baby Love as a 'nice to do when I feel like it" project

Owning your own business comes with its challenges:
You have to cold call
You don't have a fixed monthly income
It can be difficult not to become demotivated
You have to move out of your comfort zone
It can be difficult to pick yourself up and keep going
To a large extent the responsibility lies on your shoulders to make a success of your business

But owning your own business has many benefits:
There is no ceiling
You determine your working hours
You determine your monthly income
You are not cooped up in an office all day
It is extremely satisfying because you are doing something that you want to be doing
It is extremely fulfilling because you know you are making a positive difference in someone else's life
It forces you to grow and thus achieve things you thought you would never be capable of achieving
You have the freedom and the flexibility to watch your children's activities, take them to the doctor, take a Friday off and have a long weekend
