Hi Vivian
I have told many people about you (if they ask) as the programme worked so well for us.
Alex responded extremely positively to the routine. Within two days of starting the sleep training, he was sleeping through the night with minimal interruptions and he became a calm, settled baby during the day!
If you recall, I was a sleep-deprived mess and we were going away just two weeks after I saw you - I wanted to cancel the trip because I didn't know how I was going to cope. You were concerned that the routine may fall apart and I would have to start again...well, not only did it not fall apart but he slept even better (day and night ) on holiday! It wasn't easy in the first few, but things got better.
Now, as he approaches his 1st birthday (he was four months old when we started the programme), he almost asks to go to sleep, goes into his cot fully awake and, best of all, no crying. Alexander is a very happy, contented baby and I am a relaxed, well-rested mother.
Thank you for making it possible for me to pull myself and my family out of a horrible and exhausting situation - we really appreciated your help and advice.
